Mata kuliah Perilaku Organisasi mengkaji dinamika perilaku manusia di tempat kerja guna mengoptimalkan kinerja individual, dinamika tim, dan pencapaian sasaran strategis organisasi dalam ekosistem industri kecil menengah (IKM). Melalui pendekatan Problem-Based Learning dan simulasi, mahasiswa difasilitasi untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi faktor-faktor penentu efektivitas kerja, mulai dari aspek psikologi individu (sikap, motivasi, persepsi) hingga proses kelompok (komunikasi, manajemen konflik, negosiasi). Puncak pembelajaran difokuskan pada perancangan intervensi budaya organisasi dan penyusunan sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia terintegrasi yang berkelanjutan dan selaras dengan prinsip ekonomi sirkular, sehingga lulusan mumpuni dalam merancang sistem industri holistik yang responsif terhadap keberlanjutan lokal maupun global.
The Organizational Behavior course examines the dynamics of human behavior in the workplace to optimize individual performance, team dynamics, and the achievement of organizational strategic goals within the small and medium enterprise (SME) industrial ecosystem. Through a Problem-Based Learning approach and simulations, students are facilitated to analyze and evaluate the determinants of work effectiveness, ranging from individual psychological aspects (attitudes, motivation, perception) to group processes (communication, conflict management, negotiation). The pinnacle of learning focuses on designing organizational culture interventions and developing an integrated, sustainable human resource management system aligned with the principles of a circular economy, thereby equipping graduates with the competence to design holistic industrial systems that are responsive to both local and global sustainability.
